Bone Marrow Registry

Patients in San Diego are waiting for their miracle marrow donor right now - our goal is to raise awareness of the need for marrow donation and to encourage people to join the marrow registry - you'll have the opportunity to do so at the event! You'll also have a chance to meet Stacy Walker, one of our San Diego friends who is urgently seeking a marrow donor!

Think black and red. If you're the dressing up type, join us in your 1940's Shanghai style best - we'll be in ours!

Shanghai Nights pre-sale tickets have now SOLD OUT. We added additional dinner and gaming tables to accommodate the high demand, but have simply run out of space. Thank you for your tremendous support!

Why Are you Organizing This Event?
We're passionate about finding bone marrow donors, and we want to do something big to help. Our friend Stacy needs a marrow donor, and the more people come out to the event, the higher chance she'll have of finding a suitable donor.
Can my 19 year old cousin attend?
Unfortunately, no. We can only offer this event to guests 21+.
What Will Event Proceeds Go Towards?
A3M will use the proceeds of the event to assist minority patients with marrow donor searches and tissue typing expenses for new marrow donors.
Who is Organizing this Event?
The event is a partnership between Beyond Productions and Asians for Miracle Marrow Matches (A3M). Many other community groups are supporting as well!
I Want to Contribute. How do I?
First, join the marrow registry. Second, local and national businesses are supporting this event. We have a very few remaining table sponsorhips available and are looking for in-kind donations for raffle prizes. Volunteers are also needed. Please contact events@bpsandiego.org.
Will there by alcohol at the Event?
The restaurant has a full bar available.
I Don't Know How to Play Craps/Blackjack/etc.
No problem. We'll have beginners tables where you can learn how to play!
Is There Anything Else to Do?
There will be 4 very talented artists performing at the event - you can kick back in the lounge and check them out as well as playing the table games.
How Do the Chips Work?
When you checkin at the event, you'll get a packet that contains your first raffle ticket and a starter stack of chips to start playing with. Have fun with them! Every additional raffle ticket you buy throughout the night automatically includes additional chips. At the end of the night, turn in your chips, add yourself to the high roller board, and pull out your raffle tickets ... we'll be giving away some awesome prizes!
